Rick Mays, long time, (like forever) NB resident, appeared to have gotten into his closet and dug out that old tie-dye shirt for this landscaping project at the NB Schools Board Office. I guess the interesting part is he seems to have influenced young Chris Snyder, as his garb also appears a little nostalgic, with the sweat band.
