North Baltimore's Jim and Celina Kuhlman have been honored for their volunteer service to the Wood County Park District. The Kuhlmans have been active in keeping the Slippery Elm Trail picked up
from Freyman to Hammansburg Roads, since the multi-use trail opening in 1995.
North Baltimore and the Wood County Park District has been fortunate that these folks decided to call NB their home!

P. S. I've noticed that on most of the articles that you post, you seem to concentrate on the positive things people do. Great job!! By: Tom Harmon
