It been awhile since we have "Mugged" someone here at theNBXpress. Read what new North Baltimore Local Schools Superintendent Ryan Delaney had to say about his favorite coffee mug......
Where did you get your mug? My oldest son gave it to me as a first day back to school gift
Is there a special memory/story associated with it? Yes, it says 212 degrees on it. At 212 degrees water turns into steam and steam produces energy. One extra degree of effort makes a huge difference. I know my son was very young when he gave it to me, but that concept really stuck with me, and I try to give a little bit of extra effort on a daily basis.
Do you always use this mug (or maybe only on special occasions)? I always have a throw away cup with me when I leave home, and then I use my regular mug at work.
What is your favorite beverage/flavor/grind to drink from this mug? I can only drink decaffeinated coffee.Once you meet me you will understand that I do not need any extra energy.
What’s your (daily) consumption routine? I have one cup of decaffeinated coffee when I leave the house, and then another cup before 9:00.
Do you have a favorite premium beverage/special treat you enjoy away from home? Or have a special coffee “hangout” you like to visit? No….I pretty much hope that when I am walking around town in the early morning someone will invite me in for a cup of coffee.
With what well-known/famous person would you like to share a “Cuppa Somethin”? and why? I would like to share a cup of coffee with Bill Gates and then ask him for a large donation to the North Baltimore Local Schools.
Anything else you’d like to say? I moved in two weeks ago and everyone I have met has been very kind and friendly to me. This is truly a wonderful community, and a true diamond in the rough.
