Over one hundred children from the community and their parents were treated to a trip around town from Lonsway's Belgian Horses. Followed by a packed house for the community children's Christmas party sponsored by the FOE 2633 Auxiliary, in the Eagles Community Room on North Main Street.

Music was provided by Katrina King's "Heavenli Sound DJ service." This was followed by a day of crafts, a late lunch and a special visit from the North Pole.

The children made ornaments, decorated a tree for the Eagles, made Christmas cards for loved ones and colored pictures.They were treated to hot dogs, punch and a goody bag with cotton candy, assorted candies, trinket toys and a movie ticket.

Then there was a knock on the door and in came a Jolly Old Elf and his wife, straight from the North Pole with presents for all the children.

This year's event was a huge success thanks to the hard work of Chairwoman Deb Dillingham (Auxiliary Trustee) and her committee. Her Special Assistant Alicia Harden, (President) Sue Garcia, (Vice President ), Vicki Patterson,( Chaplain), Deb Sterrett and (outside guard) Sharon Stevenson. A special thanks to (Trustee ) Mona Copus,(Treasurer) Crystal McMahon, (Past President) Cindy Campbell, (Conductor) Martha Lindquist, auxiliary members Nancy Lamb, Angie Lause, Susan Ziegler, Sammi Drake and Leann Saltz and many other auxiliary members behind the scenes.

We would like to Thank the FOE 2633 for their support as well as Lonsway and Son's Belgian Horse Rides. Also Bakery Feeds and the many Eagle and community members who supported this event, by supporting the various fund raising events that made this party such a huge success!
