PUBLIC AUCTION BY THE BOARD OF EDUCATION OF THE NORTH BALTIMORE LOCAL SCHOOL DISTRICT OF THE PROPERTY WHERE THE FORMER MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL WAS LOCATED

Notice. Notice is hereby given that the Board of Education (the “Board”) of the North Baltimore Local School District, Ohio, will offer for sale at public auction the real property identified in the records of the Wood County, Ohio Auditor as Parcel Identification Nos. F23‑310‑350107001000, F23-310-350107002000, F23-310-350107003000, F23-310-350107004000, F23-310-350107014000, F23‑310-350107005000, F23-310-350107006000, F23‑310‑350107007000, F23-310-350107008000, F23‑310‑350107009000, F23‑310‑350107010000, F23‑310‑350107011000, F23-310-350107012000, F23-310-350107013000, F23-310-350107015000, F23-310-350107016000, F23-310‑350107017000, F23-310-350107018000, F23-310-350107019000, F23-310-350107020000, F23-310-350107021000, F23-310-350107022000, F23-310-350107023000 and F23-310-350107024000 (the “Property”). The Property was the location of the former Middle/High School, 124 S. Second Street, North Baltimore, Ohio.

The public auction will be conducted at 201 S. Main Street, North Baltimore, Ohio 45872 and shall commence at 10:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, on February 23, 2013. A legal description for the Property is included in the “Conditions of Sale” referred to below, copies of which may be obtained as described below.

Method of Sale. The public auction for the Property will be conducted and all bids and payments related thereto, including payment of the security deposit, shall be made in accordance with and subject to the “Conditions of Sale”. The Property may be offered as entire tracts, separate parcels, or some combination thereof. Subject to the right of the Board to reject any and all bids, the Board intends to accept the highest bid, but any such sale shall not be final until written notification of bid acceptance is given to that bidder in accordance with the authorizing resolution adopted by the Board.
