 | Christmas Season over... |
You know that the Christmas Season has completed it's run for 2012, when the Village of North Baltimore crews are out removing the Downtown lighting strings.

Village crews, with the new bucket truck, are able to make quick work of the removal of the lights.

The bucket truck could come in handy for many uses in helping to improve our Downtown.
The Downtown Christmas lights have been a project of the NB Rotary Club along with A LOT of help from Hancock-Wood Electric.
The future of Downtown NB Christmas lights is somewhat in question, as the Rotary Club may not be able to continue this as one of their projects. In addition, with a downtown project of some sort being talked about, the type and style of lighting for the business district needs to be reviewed. The light strands currently in use are becoming worn and are near the end of their useful life. |

Posted Date: 01/20/2013 I think North Baltimore should update there christmas decor. The decor now is really old. Do what Van Buren does with the ornaments on the telephone poles. If north baltimore is expanding, fix up main street. make it look inviting. what it really needs is to look like downtown bowling green By: Samantha |
