Ruthann Myers,75, Bloomdale

Ruthann Myers, 75, of Bloomdale, died at 11:37 a.m., Saturday, February 2, 2013, at the Briar Hill Health Campus, North Baltimore. She was the third of 10 children born to Everett E. and Lula M. (Hablitzel) Corfman, in rural Sycamore, OH, on July 9, 1937.

She was a 1955 graduate of Sycamore High School. On November 9, 1958, she married Ralph R. Myers and they were together for 47 years until his passing 8 years ago on April 14, 2005.

They were residents of Bloomdale, OH, where they enjoyed motorcycling, camping and traveling in their motor home. Ruthann especially loved spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her past employers include Wagners' IGA, Bloomdale,
Roberts' IGA, North Baltimore, and Bena Corporation, Van Buren, where she retired in 1994.

Ruthann is survived by her two loving children: daughter, Sandra K. Marsh (Scott) of Bloomdale, OH and her son, Lynn D. Myers and his fiancé Cheryl Minneman Luksic of Dayton, OH; her grandchildren: Justin S. Marsh (Renae), JoLynn R. Stauffer (Barry), Jordan J. Marsh, Molly J. Myers, Emily E. Myers, Jennifer Yingling-Price (Jason) and Josh Romaker (Jaime); her
great-grandchildren: Matilyn K. Chapman, Mariah R. Stauffer, Dakota S. Stauffer, Jesse J. Stauffer, Aidan J. Marsh, Amelia K. Marsh, Sophia Romaker, Isabella Romaker, Tanner Yingling, Addison Yingling and Harbor Price. Also surviving is her youngest sister, Rita Van Hoosier (Dennis) of Bucyrus, OH, and oldest brother, Duane Corfman (Irene) of Sycamore, OH; her
three sisters-in-law, Juanita Smith (Wayne) of Bloomdale, Barbara White (Dana) of Ft. Wayne, IN, and Kermita Myers of Arroyo Grande, CA. Preceding her in death were her parents, husband, and siblings: Janis Geary, Marilyn Holdcraft, Charles Corfman, Larry Corfman, W. Keith Corfman, Daryl Corfman, and infant Jerry Max Corfman.

The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 and 6:00-8:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 5, 2013 at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, North Baltimore. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at SMITH-CRATES FUNERAL HOME, with Reverend Susan Kronbach officiating.

Interment will be in Knollcrest Gardens, east of Findlay. A luncheon will be served for family and friends following the services at the home of Scott and Sandra Marsh. Memorial contributions maybe made to Odyssey Hospice. Online condolences may be made at
