The Henry Twonship Trustees meet the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month, at 6:30 pm, at the Township Hall on Quary Road.

HENRY TOWNSHIP TRUSTEES REGULAR MEETING

January 14, 2013

The regular meeting of the Henry Township Trustees was called to order by Chairman Stewart with the following members responding to roll call: Present: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Absent: None.

Guests Present were: Skip Baltz

It was moved by Wymer seconded by Baltz to approve the minutes of the regular meeting of December 26, 2012 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None.

Motion carried.

It was moved by Wymer seconded by Baltz to approve the Clerk’s Monthly Financial Report for December 2012 as presented. Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion carried.

It was moved by Baltz seconded by Wymer that bills be approved for payment and checks issued for expenses totaling: $ 19,456.53

Roll call: Ayes: Baltz, Stewart, Wymer. Nays: None. Motion Carried.

Old Business

Excess equipment disposal: Village will be taking 1 salt spreader and Jackson Township will be taking 1 snowplow.

Stewart will contact RD Jones regarding rental house, propane re-fill, and electric bill.

ODOT informed that “Stop Ahead” signs are not necessary for new intersections on Hough and Mitchell Roads.

New strobe lights have been installed on Township snowplow trucks.

New Business

Insley Road bridge is closed and according to County Engineers office will remain closed and is not due to be replaced until 2015.

Further development of Joint EMS district is currently on hold.

No recent update on Potter Rd. development. Stewart will contact Rex Huffman for update.

There being no further action to come before the Board the meeting was adjourned upon motion.
