According to area news sources, former NB Schools teacher Tamara L. "Tammy" Wagner, 44, of rural Bellevue, died Monday, February 11, 2013 at the Cleveland Clinic.
She was born February 28, 1968 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to Norbert and Tonya (Olesko) Woodhams.
Tammy graduated from Port Clinton High School and went on to Bowling Green State University and earned her Bachelor's degree in Education. She also received her Master's degree in Education from BGSU.
She had been a school teacher in the North Baltimore school system from 1993-1997. She also taught in Bowling Green, and Fremont schools. Tammy enjoyed reading, watching her son perform in the band, and planting flowers around her house.
On July 8, 2000 she married Richard Wagner, and he survives. Also surviving are her son, Zackery T. Knauss of Bellevue; her parents, Norbert and Tonya Woodhams of West Chester, Ohio; and her siblings, Chris (Mark) Ritsema, Norbert (Kim) Woodhams Jr., and Jennifer (Todd) Kuipers.
Visitation will be 10 to noon on Friday, February 15, 2013 at the Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia Street, Bellevue. Her funeral service will be at noon on Friday at the funeral home. Rev. Juli Lejman-Guy will officiate and burial will follow in Bellevue City Cemetery.
