St. Luke's Lutheran Church -- Sunday, February 17
"Led Into the Wilderness" is Pastor Ralph Mineo's sermon topic at St. Luke's Lutheran Church in North Baltimore at 10:15 a.m. on Sunday, February 17, the first Sunday in Lent.
The Junior Choir will sing one of their favorite anthems titled "Somebody’s Knockin’ At Your Door."
Sunday School for all ages begins at 9:00 a.m. Beginning Sunday February 17, the Adult Sunday School Class will start "THE STORY," a 31-session Bible Study by Max Lucado and Randy Frazee. The first class is: "The Creation: The Beginning of Life As We Know It." Books are available at no cost for those attending the class.
Following worship, the SLCW (St. Luke's Church Women) will hold a Bake Sale. Proceeds will be for the ministries of the SLCW, within and beyond the congregation.
The fellowship group "St. Luke's Pairs and Spares" (for couples and singles) will travel to Whitehouse for dinner on Sunday, February 17. |
