Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist will celebrate the Second Sunday in Lent February 24 with worship beginning at 10:15 am. Pastor Susan will continue a Lenten series about living faithfully to deepen our relationship with God, with the sermon “Faithful Living: Trust” from Luke 4:1-13:31-35. Sunday School for adults and youth begins at 9:15 am. Please plan to join us!

During the Lenten season, we also have worship on Wednesday evenings - a service of Prayer and Communion at 6:00 pm. The Lenten Lunch series also continues with lunches each Wednesday – Feb. 20 at St. James UMC and Feb. 27 at the Salvation Army.

Other activities at the church this week include Soup Kitchen on Tuesday, Feb. 26 at 4:30; and choir practice each Wednesday evening at 7:00 pm.
