Thursday, February 28^th, 7:00pm – PUBLIC MEETING @ Powell School Gym

**A 2^ndPublic Meeting needs to be held to elect officers and organize various Committees**

(there is a vacancy in the Treasurer’s position & a new Treasurer will need to be elected)

Co-Ed T-Ball -- $40.00 --- Softball& Baseball -- $50.00 ($10.00 discount per additional child)

Hancock County League - Softball 10U, 12U, 14U

Southwood League - Baseball 8U, 10U, 12U, 15U, Softball 8U, Co-Ed Tee Ball

Registration & Fees Due No Later Than Saturday, March 9, 2013 or a $10.00 late fee will be assessed

Registrations can also be mailed to NBYL, PO Box 150, North Baltimore, OH 45872

No registrations will be accepted after Saturday, March 16, 2013

Please make checks payable to: NBYL

A copy of your child's birth certificate must accompany this year’s registration if the child did not play for an NBYL (Southwood) team last year (if your child didn’t play last year, we do not still have his/her birth certificate)

Registration forms will be available the day of the registrations,

on the NBYL Facebook page, and on the NBXpress
