The North Baltimore Board of Education held a public auction on Saturday, February 23rd to accept bids for the property at 124 S. Main Street. This was the location of the former North Baltimore Middle/High School.
The highest bid offered was $68,000. At the NBLS Board Meeting on February 26th, board members voted to reject the offer, feeling that the property was worth more than the offered bid.
The board will be making a decision in the upcoming month as to how to proceed with the sale of this property.
Any parties with serious interest in purchasing the property should contact Superintendent Marlene North at mnorth@nbls.org or 419.257.3531.
