The new Varsity Football Coach at North Baltimore High School, Greg Bishop, is a graduate of Tiffin Columbian High School and a graduate of Bowling Green State University, with a degree in Technology Education, which he currently teaches.

While at BGSU, Bishop coached at Bowling Green High School, as the linebackers assistant for three years. Bishop also served a student internship with the defensive line at BGSU, under Sean Spencer, who is now at Vanderbilt.

He has spent the past two years in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where he has taught and coached at Brooke Point High School, where he coached the linebackers, assisted with the offensive line, and was the Junior Varsity head coach. Brooke Point was in the playoffs both years, making it to the regional finals and semi-finals.

When asked about the style of offense and defense he favors, Coach Bishop said, "I will keep that under wraps. I will say that we will have an exciting offense and defense." He did offer, "Offensively we keep it simple, but it is a great offense."

Bishop added, "the North Baltimore community is going to be proud of the way these young will act on and off the field. The community will be proud of how these young men will compete each and every week. These young men are going to be apart of something special, the foundation of a tradition of excellence. Go Tigers!"

Coach Bishop has MAL connections, as he recently was married to Hopewell-Loudon graduate, Kaitlyn (Ranker), in December. They will are excited to return to Northwest Ohio. They hope to be in the area by June.
